Advocate Mamta Binani - MamtaBinani is a commerce graduate, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has done LLB.She is the National Past President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for the year 2016 - 2017. She is practicing as a Company Secretary for over 20 years now and is a registered Insolvency Professional. She is the first insolvency professional in the country, to be registered with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India. She also serves as an Independent Director on few of the prestigious Boards and has served as the promoter director of the ICSI Insolvency Professionals Agency.

CS Megha Murarka - She is a commerce graduate, an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Indiaand an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is practicing as a Chartered Accountant for the past four years.

CA Tarun Murarka - He is a commerce graduate and an Associate member of the ICAI. He has extensive knowledge of Finance market and has past associations with reputed corporates like SREI. He is also acting as a Investment consultant and Portfolio Manager of various HNI's.
