CA Sumit Binani is a graduate in commerce. He has done his post graduation in finance from IIM Calcutta. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India besides being an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Sumit is also a Registered Insolvency Professional and holds the distinction of being the 1st person in India to pass the Limited Insolvency Examination.

A Rank Holder CA, He has earlier worked in the Capital Markets Industry for 15 years. In his past associations, he has worked with Dalmia Securities Limited, HDFC Securities Limited, ICICI Bank Limited and Srei’s Investment Banking arm in Senior Management positions.

He has served the Eastern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as its Chairman in the year 2019-20. He is also currently the Treasurer of the NCLT Kolkata Bar Association.

CA Harsh Gadodia is a graduate in commerce from St. Xaviers College. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Harsh is a Registered GST Faculty under ICAI,he expertises in the field of Indirect taxation and handles matters in relation to GST, Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT and Foreign Trade Policies for thepast 10 years.

Harsh has been providing professional assistance to various Corporates in the areas of Indirect Tax. He has representedvarious Public Limited Company(s), Public and Private Sector Units before tax authorities including the Appellate Level. He has vast ranging experience from SCN replies, appeals and representation to tax planning and devising Organogram for Companies.
